We use 4950 for acrylic to drywall wayfinding signs. Works very well. Acrylic to acrylic the 4910 works well. Most good VHB tape is expensive. We work into the final costs.

Unless there is another shop in your area willing to do it just as fast or faster, I would simply extend your lead times as required and let the clients decide if they want to wait. A good digital wrap would make quick work of these I think. Have you considered wrapping in vinyl instead of direct print?
