    I have the latest firmware updates and TR2 ink conversion (Periodic cleaning set to none.) Has anyone figured out how to get around it cleaning before EACH print. I truly believe it is overkill. Watching daily my wasted ink container rise. Sooo much ink waste! Any Roland techs know a way?

    After a couple of cleanings and manual cleanings. How much trouble am I in?? When there's deflection like in the Black and Cyan test print is it curable or do you have to replace? Also the wavy portion on the magenta just started happening. Thanks for any help!

    I wonder if it is possible to pause and perform a clean in the middle of a print on a VP540 with Versaworks? It would be helpful on a very long banner that starts to band because of a hair or ??. if anyone knows a solution it would be appreciated!

    Is there any other way of aligning banner material on th VP540 other than pulling it from the center and hope for the best? I'm doing 75 ft rolls at a time and re-setting about every 20ft or so...any advice appreciated!
