I'm not sure whats going on here, but it appears as if the heads are stuck open. When I try to print an image I get a super dark black band that prints past the edge of the banner material. Also if I do a test print I get a blue and black band that extends all the way instead of the individual...

I replaced my head but changed the wrong head rank. How do I find what the head ranking was before? or is there anyway to find a head ranking or to enter a generic ranking to get this going?

I thought that might be the issue, when I do a nozzle check it seems to print in the correct order as the order of the inks in the back. So I think that is correct. I cant figure it out, ive spent a lot of time and money and am going crazy.

I bought a used Mutoh Falcon Outdoor, replaced the heads, dampers and capping station with aftermarket parts. The printer worked but all the colors were off. I had to replace the heads with Mutoh parts and now I'm back to the printer working but all the colors are off. A nozzle check...

Does anyone know where I can get my Mutoh Falcon Outdoor 46" printer serviced in the Houston Tx area. I recently bought it and changed out the heads, dampers and caping stations but am having issues with the colors being mixed up and am not real sure whats wrong, I'm a total newbie.
