  5. Sp 540 V Dropping Ink On Prints

    hello you might want to wipe the sides of the heads clean. fibers from the materials that you're using sometimes attach to the heads thereby attracting ink causing the ink drops. i've seen this many times on my printer.

    need help with strange banding problem -vp540

    banding hello, im not an expert but i've experienced this type of problem with my Sp540V. try printing with 4 pass with a head speed of not more than 600. it is caused by ink starvation. u can convert your dampers like the ones used on the pro 3's. hope this solves your problem. albert
