I have a new print head installed, and every print comes about .03" off, it prints in the pin, I have to set the image to print .03" to start at the material, how do I set the machine to print exactly at the material, when placed in the bottom right corner?

is this encapsulating (hot lamination) or it is just cold lamination? check for rollers if there is a flat area, (when not in use, leave the rollers open, to prevent becoming flat)

If you try to print with a latex printer, watch out for the drier, to much heat will warp the material.

Hi I agree with CanuckSigns and Gary Wiant, I did exactly as they explain and I do not have that issue, only when I do a lot of engraving, I clean the lens, other than that, I check it before any job and I do not have to clean it.

JimDTG thas is correct, with these printers, I do not have to change size when I print different sizes, we print different sizes, specially 24x36, 18x24 and 12x18, they come with bleeds or crop marks, instead of cropping them in versaworks, I create these printers with that specific size...

I was able to update to the last update from Roland, now I need the driver for and VersaArt RE640 printer to install a local printer in my computer. Does anyone has it that is willing to share?.
