Hello, No they are not, you can go ahead and remove them. The most important thing on this kind of machine is ink flow, make sure your dampers are not punctured, really hard to see if they are but you will notice air bubbles in your ink lines if they are.

this has nothing to do w/ the way the plotter is configured because this issue happens when you click Cut/Plot and CM2 times out while waiting for CM2 to open. If reinstalling CM2 w/ the security software disabled did not work, then you may need to remove it again, download the latest version...

for this I strongly suggest you contact Wasatch, because you are getting a spooler error. On the Graphtec you really don't have to set anything up except for your Command option to HPGL.

still have this issue? I know is an older post. BTW.. on all graphtec models the reset to factory is turning ON the plotter while pressing UP arrow. Before doing so write down your cutting conditions, and note the Command language either GPGL or HPGL cause you'll need to set those back in order...

This can be the software or ur file, or ur settings on the plotter since u mention that u have the reg. marks size setting modified . The 1st thing u should do is set everything u modified in the ARMS menu back to default..don't need it. Ur describe that the sensor is coming down past the mark...
