    I am about to move to a new shop a couple miles down the road. The printer will not be down for more than a couple hours. What precautions should i take when transporting? I know to remove the ink bottle, but i cant figure out how to put the headlock on. any advice is greatly appreciated.

    Colors not aligned on my SC-540

    I've replaced the print head manifold and damper. Now my colors seem to be printing out of alignment. I've already tried a bi-direct adjustment to no avial. Any help would be greatly appreciated.... My shop has been down for 3 days!!! See pics below:
