  4. alignment issues

I have a gerber sabre 408 using Enroute, and the problem is routing mutiple objects with multiple passes. It seems the more objects I have in one job and the broader the space across the table, the alignmnet between the passes gets worse. Is this a communication issue between Enroute and Gerber...

I began routing some dimensional HDU letters, they involve cutting them out and contouring the top edge, rounding it out. Well apparently I should of used the contouring bit first because many of them moved, some did even with bridges holding them. Going to attempt to put the letters not ruined...

I have a Gerber Sabre 408 was wondering what is the best bit for aluminum composite (Durabond). I have always had trouble with rough edges. Will reversing the cutting direction fix this? 11. cutting direction

I am using enroute4 on a Gerber 408, is it possible to change the cutting direction on a toolpath? A coworker says if I'm getting a rough edge on the piece, changing the cutting direction would help. Where would the option be?
  12. V carving in Enroute 4

I am trying to figure out in Enroute 4 how to v carve following the contour, not a male or female path. There is a box that I check that follows the contour however the Gerber Sabre 408 we use will not cut it. It just floats above the material whenever I check that box. Anybody know what step...
  13. cutting speed chart

I use a Gerber sabre 408 and I was wondering if anyone out there knows of a chart that suggests cutting speeds for substrates and their thicknesses. 14. Sacrificial board options

I recently purchased MDF from the local lumber store to use on a Gerber Sabre 408 as a sacrificial board. When routing aluminum the water coolant spray swells up the MDF and throws off the cutting depth. Is there MDF to use that does not do this?
