we have the valujet 1604 & in the middle of the print this error code popped up. now the print is shot & I can't clear the error code. has anyone had this happen to them yet & what was the solution. Thanks Sean

does anyone recognize the font for performance I thought it was a sign DNA font but my search isn't matching up. Thanks in advance ---Sean

we have a fc-7000 & we are trying to contour cut a graphic, everything cuts fine the only problem is that the blade drags across the material leaving scratches all over it.I've adjusted the blade depth & the pressure on the rollers but same thing. Anybody have this problem & if so any solutions...
