Vander, so far so good! The damper filled up about 1/4 of the way in the round part of the damper. i am printing now without any issues. Is this normal for it not to be filled up? Thanks

My emplyoee changed some settings on my cutter while I was on vacation and now my cutter will not read the registration marks. When it scans for the mark it is not looking in the right place for them. It scans in a small area and does not advance the vinyl forward while scanning. Any help out...
Lately my JV33 is loosing nozzles on a test print over the weekend and it takes an hour or 2 head soak to get them back. I'm thinking the capping station needs to be replaced but I do not know the procedure to do this. Can anyone help?

Anyone use 3M wrapping paper cutter? It is shaped almost like a toothbrush. It's good for cutting vinyl doing the hinge method install and Great around the laminator. The blade is hidden so you cannot cut your laminator roller. They are around $4. I found mine at Walmart.
When you get about 3" from rivet start using very light pressure until air is traped all the way around the rivet. Go back later and push air toward rivet until bubble is somewhat tight. punch hole and oush air out.
I think it depends on you customer.
