art With this art I would strongly suggest to screen print based on all the same file. This would be a 2 color with no trap.

No problem In a job like this you can either do them digital or screen printed base on the art and if they need to be die cut or zun cut in a special shape. We do both.

I agree I would always laminate or use tranfer tape when applying the graphics. It adds rigidity to the print.

Colored Vinyl Colored Vinyl is great providing your client doesn't have any PMS (Pantone) call outs for the green or blue. If there are pms call outs you might have to print the color but if they are okay with the colors of standard cast green and blue then that is the way to go. M

Ij35 I agree the 3MIJ35 is not good for this application but the 3MIJ3552C is less expensive 2mil/2year film great for short term vehicle graphics.

Suggestion I would strongly suggest the 3MIJ180-CV3 with 3M8518 Gloss Laminate. This is a 2mil/8year film. This material has Comply Adhesive is great for installs. If you like a less expensive option the 3MIJ3552, 3MIJ170CV3 are great for a short term wrap. Also, if your doing a partial wrap...

It depends on how many colors and if the image is die cut or contour cut. We would usually screen print them and then die cut them ourselves.

We ourselves never hem a retractor banner. We use a special 14oz smooth banner material with no edge curl. We also dye sublimate on a fabric that will not fray. There are many material that will work the same way. MT

When ever you print with solvent inks you have the possiblilty of ink transfer depending on humidity, teperature and so forth. We take the extra step and laminate with a inexpensive laminate. It ads a step but the result is much better and the client is please.
