Okay, So i've done the mechanical alignment. I've got it printing correctly up and down, but its still firing late from left to right. Is there a way to electronically change the heads firing rate? Thanks, JSNGraphics

You have to enter it into maintenance mode. I have a 160-SP, so i'm not sure its exactly the same, but all you have to do is hold the function and remote key when it boots up. You'll hear a beep. Once it boots up hit function, then scroll up until you find the head ids.

If you take a look at this photo, you will see that the cyan/yellow prints are slightly off. I've adjusted the print head as far as it will go, now its time to adjust it electronically. How would I go about doing that? Thanks, JSNGraphics

I was just going off what the guy on the phone told me from onyx. He said version 5.6. Maybe he meant to say Onyx 5.5? Any idea where I can download it since it's no longer available on thier website?

How would I go about correcting the misdirected nozels? Also, for some reason yellow is starting to spray around the black, has anyone seen this before?

PS - The hopping only occurs when its traveling in a straight line from left to right. When it goes right to left its perfectly fine.

I just used another holder, but it still has the same problems. I will try the protection strip. Any idea where i can find a replacement?
