When fixing intra cut or push through acrylic letters to a light box face I've never had much luck fixing the face letter to the backing acrylic without producing shadows from the joins in clear VHB or the leafing effect from using acrylic cement. How do you fix these letters?

I have a customer wanting a cut through, back lit sign face made from Cor-ten steel sheet. I see problems with the opal acrylic letting go as the material corrodes. Can the rear of the sheet be sealed to stop it rusting and provide an adequate bonding surface for VHB and adhesive? Any thoughts...

Has anyone had any issues posting pics from photo bucket recently? I've had no problem in the past using the direct link but now the only way I can insert an image is to uncheck the "retrieve remote file" box but then the photo is too large. Am I doing something wrong?
