My Roland XC keeps keeps triggering an error to versa works. It says paused cartridge uninstalled.. If you wait, the trigger goes away hit retry and it takes off from where it stopped. Sometimes it will print a long run, other times it will error back to back.. But you have to babysit it. anyone...

I bought a used Xc-540 that came with a Laptop with Versa Works installed. I didn't get a disk. I had an older Sp300v with Versa Works ( I have Disks) on my Desktop.. Will the Older version run the XC-540 ? Are they the same ? Thanks for any input. Jim

Need some help. My Graphtec seems to be stepping the cut at the end of a panel and beginning of the next.. Is this something in my settings ? Panels are set at 36" with a . 2 overlap. In the image.. It's supposed to be a complete radius not stepped over.

actually there was ink all over the head board when the Manifold broke (was broken in shipping) Lt Magenta has two new cables. It fired ok at first (only partial) I ran two Normal cleanings back to back.. And then started to print.. And the magenta firing is what I got..

Just got my Xc back up and running changed manifold on light magenta as well as dampers. First test print was iffy.. But I decided to run something.. And Something happened!! Why after a cleaning cycle would this do this?
