Remove the Lc and Lm heads and swap them in the black and yellow positions. Do a realignment and use a cmyk icc profile when printing. Doing this will get you up and running and then look at replacing those two heads later. Alternatively replace the two heads now

Have you performed a feed calibration?? Have you tried different inks?? Also looks like heat needs turning up to prevent pooling.

As Jim stated, showing us the type of banding is what is required. Cyan is usually mixed with every other color, unless you are spot coloring with cyan only.. You will also never know when your icc profile uses Lc or Lm

That slight deflection on one nozzle won't be causing noticeable banding. What temperatures are you running and is it only on certain materials?

Don't worry about the fill print being sticky. The heaters aren't turned on in service mode.

If the banding is spaced evenly, the roll has been laid on its side, without the carriers in the ends. Try another roll and see if it persists.

To me, Flexi is inferior to Signlab. when switching between programs, the shortcut keys screw you over.
