I would agree, I think this does look like some sort of processing glitch. Maybe try a different file format or re-rip your file. Hopefully someone else on here can offer some more input.

Your black head test print looks pretty bad... When is the last time you did a manual clean? I would try doing a manual clean, replace your wipers if they need it, then run a medium clean and see if any of that clears up. Your magenta is misfiring in a couple spots as well. -MetroGraphics

I solved this issue by ordering my cut paths in Illustrator before loading the saved EPS into Versaworks. So if you want a path to cut first, bring it to the top of the layer. Versaworks seems to cut things based on there position in your file. It can be a real pain if you are just cutting a...
