Versaworks Dual ripping but not printing

VG540/Versaworks Background colour disappears!
Printing banner 10' x 3', yellow background with black text. Roughly 18" into print the background colour stops printing. Have tried both generic banner profiles with pdf & level 3 eps, all with the same result. Also tried Generic vinyl just to see if it made a difference but it just drops the... -
TrueVis inks & heat transfer material
Just wondering if anyone is experiencing problems with TrueVis inks not setting properly on printable heat transfer material? Using Roland VG-540, Versaworks Dual. A few examples of what I've tried so far; Stahl's SportsFilm - No problems with this one. Prints & transfers perfectly but is...
