Having an issue with intercom system going straight to voicemail. Believe the phone is VX300 or something like that. When the owner tries to intercom out to the shop it goes straight to voicemail. Already checked DNC setting or whatever it is called and that was not it.
I noticed the small dots on some printed ones we ordered. I would call it more of a soft grain you get like in photography. Thought huh. Not noticeable from far away probably but up close I thought hmm that's kind of shitty. I'm guessing maybe it wasn't taken into a vector program like...
Just curious on what prints on ACM. I notice we outsource and order some of it from time to time. I'm just wondering what machines print on that type of material.
So I created a new account in Microsoft Outlook for myself at the company I work at and now when I hit send it keeps sending emails at 1 minute intervals. I made sure that antivirus wasn't messing with the software and also extended the server timeout function but it kees doing it and sending a...
So I just lifted up on the ball knob and the vinyl printer lifted up. OMG I am so embaressed right now. Real Bill Engvall here's your sign moment. LOL. I could swear that wasn't working the other day. I turned the printer on and off the other day. don't know if that had something to do with it...
We have a couple work vehicles. One is a bucket truck for installs/repair of signs that are really high up. I think the reach on that one is 40ft or so. That one has a lot of utility compartments on it. Sometimes we have to rent one that goes up higher for particular jobs such as gas stations...
How do I open a Gerber Edge classic vinyl printer/cutter? The one with the big ball type knob on the outside. What do you do if the cover seems stuck? I know it swings open but what is the procedure for opening it?
I really think it is a good site. My employer told me about the site and recommended going on here to ask for help on different topics we might not know about. CNC is something totally new to me. I do have some experience with g-code since I built a 3D printer but the CNC aspect is totally new...
Thank You for all your Reply's and comments on the AXYZ Millenium Router I was working on. I solved the problem today. Part of the Emergency Stop switch popped off the back underneath the front panel and was stopping the Toolpath Software from communicating with the Router. I was able to turn on...
I got it working. The switch on the back of the emergency stop had popped off or someone intentionally unhooked it. One or the other. I'm guessing it wasn't completing some type of circuit even though it was turning on and the emergency switch has been rewired different at some point. Really...
Thanks Martin. I've looked into some breakout boards and the smoothstepper. Looked into possibility of using something like Mach3, etc. Don't know how hard it is to convert over to something like that but I'm entertaining the possibility. I have the original axyz LRC card in the old win 98...
I've used Illustrator for design and different Vinyl cutting programs. The shop I work at uses CorelDraw for design and FlexiSign for cutting. Seems to work well and they use a Roland Vinyl Cutter. Still new to learning CorelDraw but it seems pretty simple. I'm testing a similar setup at home...
I thought toolpath was the software to output nc format code to the router so you would need it. Right now it's not working says offline when I try to send a file to the router. I have the other programs to design just need to get the files out to the router and this is the problem I'm having...
