In production manager, right click on printer to change port. make sure the IP address matches printer and PM. sometimes as in my case you may have to delete printer and cutter and reload
In your printer settings check to see that the date is current. we had a similar situation where the internal date was off by 8 months and all new cartridges we're recognized as expired. tech was here for about three days before resolving the issue.
recent experience with our 360, after a few cleanings and switching out couldn't bring it back. luckily heads are fairly inexpensive @$125.00 I now keep a spare set just in case. also didn't get the warning so I go ahead and replace ink cartridge when it gets down to about 3%
