Our FC8600 has started to become less accurate. It drifts in accuracy after about 2-3 feet.

I'm having repeated issues with alignment of the cut vectors and the prints. The graphtec alignment test is good.
Any help on solving this would be appreciated.
Second Test with a different print and cut file and its off the same amount.
We have a graphtec 8600, and it seems over time we can only manage to cut 12 to 15 foot lengths. Anything more it does not seem to be able to find the registration marks and registers a read error.
Reading the manual it says it should easily cut up to 100 ft?
