So I have a sg2 640. I was very happy with it in the beginning, but then it started leaking ink on the media holders. I got it repaired 3x and it keeps leaking I'm sick of it.
I also feel like my dealer doesn't know anything about te machine, they installed it wrong when I got it...

Measuring the roll and the thickness of the vinyl
Measuring the roll against a full roll's diameter
