people want quick quotes.... so $15 psf is an easy # to give, and also add that you'll work with them on the pricing, as you can get them closer to $12 when it's all said and done.

Reminds me of a time many years ago when I was sitting in the barber's chair getting a haircut. A guy sticks his head in the door and asks, "How much are your haircuts?"

The barber answers back, "Fifteen bucks."

The guy at the door replies, "Fifteen bucks! Guy down the street does them for five bucks."

Barber fires back, "We have five dollar haircuts too if that's what you want."

The guy steps in and takes a seat but I'm not sure what haircut he went for as I left before he got seated in the barber's chair.
