1624 mutoh F3 fuse keeps blowing

if anybody can help Im out of ideas.
Converted 1624 to dye sub ink. Did a very thorough flush. Lines are very clean. Install new dampers, M station and foil ink bags. Turn unit on all lines are pulling ink except one magenta. Did nozzle check and it is very good aside from that single magenta. Assumed my damper was not seated correctly or it was faulty I replaced damper. Did a little charge and now it is also pulling that single line. But now it will not lay down any ink on nozzle check. You can see waist line filling up. Checked my F3 fuse on board and it is blown.
Replaced head cables and new fuse same outcome. Figured I messed up the head after the damper replacement.
Install new head, new fuses again and same think blowing fuse on start up. Is it possible that if it is a damaged/blown first head that I ruined new head as well? Anybody please?? Where can I go from here? please and thank you.

Most probably one of power transistor which mounted to black radiator burned too. Check them.

or on ribbon cables?
inks are conductive & cause a short.
clean up with alcohol wipes.
check carefully the ribbon cables, if one foil bent over and shorted you can cause a short


then it is time to compare readings from transistor pairs & find the one that is shorted
change the pair,

alright so focus on the main board then. Wasn't sure if I should check CR board or main board. Ill check the transistors. Thank you

honestly I do recall few drops of ink falling from damper on my head board. I just wiped it. I did clean it with alcohol second time around but Im afraid the damage might have been done already. I also installed new ribbon cables. So, most likely transistors then. Thanks for reply I can now do further testing.

I have some knowledge on electronic component testing. But not much with transistors. Will a multi meter suffice? Or will I need a oscillating signal generator tester? Can I get accurate readings with components still attached to the board using a hand held meter. Or must they be removed

without removing the transistors do these readings say anything? Or must I remove them all? Meter on diode. On hFE setting I get nothing. Also, my F4 fuse has erratic reading then ends at overloaded, rectangular beige fuse. F1 and F6 are identical fuses they are stable continuity.
