I replaced an ink cartridge this morning on our 365, and got an error of "defective cartridge"; I cleaned the contact and tried again with no luck, being down to my last replacement I pulled the one in use from our 360 for the 365, and the 360 took the "defective" one with no problem other than letting me know that it was an expired cartridge.
Seems lame to me HP won't you let you use an expired cartridge anymore on their new machines. My predecessor had a large stock of ink dating back to 2017.
