3D Lettering

Hello.
Our customer wants some 3D letters done for them.
Sizes vary from 1 to 3 feet high.
a couple of images of what they are thinking about is attached.

What kind of technology is capable of producing that?

These are typically CNC routed using a V-shaped bit. If you're outsourcing this, there may be some CNC shops that don't do it, at least in my experience. Not all software for running a CNC router can do this, apparently.

I should also add, these type of prismatic letters are also done by injection mould or vacuform (Gemini does both).

I dont know what material they want.
It will be painted gold.

HDU might work i think.

i call those letters "prismatic". i don't know if this is the correct term, but i had to have heard them called that somewhere!
