I think 4 over is monitoring this forum.. At least they had a heck of a co-incidence here after a thread last week complaining about some of us being locked out of certain products.

email.

Dear 4over Customers,

We would like to take this opportunity to extend our gratitude for your continued partnership and loyalty throughout the year. As stated in our mission statement: "4over recognizes that our single most common goal must be to work as a team to meet the needs of our clients, knowing that our success exists entirely on their success."

To show our appreciation, ALL current products* are NOW AVAILABLE to all our loyal customers.

We look forward to strengthening our business relationship with you.

Sincerely,

When i priced out 4O vs. UP I found biz cards were less at UP. May they price based on how much you purchase from them? If they are doing things right my price isn't your price based on how much you buy and the state of the current market.

Something we can all learn from.

How did you price them?? I just compared uprinting's price to what I pay 4over and Uprinting was $15 more with shipping for 1000 cards 4/4 on 14pt stock.

I know it seems like 4 over takes a lot of heat sometimes. And maybe rightfully so, I don't know. But I do have to say that I have had nothing but good service from that company.

I'm not one of the 'high-tier' members. I'm about as low as you can get on their pie chart of loyalty (which is HORRIBLE marketing BTW. Making your customers feel inferior is not a good way to keep them)

But the product, price and turn-around is always good, and anytime I've had an issue it was always resolved in my favor.

Is their cheaper out there? Maybe. But at what point does the price war end on printed goods? At some point, you're going to give up something for those cheap prices, and it's usually service.

I'm fairly happy with 4over and have been for about 3 years or so.

I'm sure TONS of companies monitor this site. It's a smart thing to do considering the folks that are on here. If you want your finger on the pulse of the sign & printing industry...I can't think of many better ways to do it.

We have used GR in the past when we did this kind of stuff. They weren't bad. I had a issue with a print we did and they refunded the whole order without a problem. The event was over so I didn't need a reprint. 4over fought me every time there was a problem and I was lucky to get 15%
