Where ya at in SO Ohio?
We do it in one piece easily with two people, just print a little bit bigger, get the material good & wet & apply it. With one person, lay it on straight, put tape over the middle, then fold & hinge it on there (again wet) one half at a time.
We never laminate in-house (squeege laminate), we have a local company do it for us for a real good price.
If it's laminated then laminate it before applying it, but on larger flat signs we spray clearcoat on most of them here (since we also have a paint shop).
We buy our substrates from a SO company & normally would use polymetal for something like this sign described.
