The sun has almost zero contrast with it's white background. If you do it in orange you will be delighted to discover it can now be seen.
(and go buy Jillbeans...it's a very usefull font.)

Good point sign me up. I beefed up the yellow a bit to make it stand out some more. I'm gonna do a few more tweaks and I'll post it when it's ready.

Signmaniac, I added some magenta to the yellow to beef it up and add a little more contrast. I just can't figure out what fonts work best together.

Yeah the ones you have now don't work for me either. Keep searching, the right combination is out there.

You need contrast and better fonts. Here it is in Jillbeans and Motherload.

I can see it working well on a sign, hat, t-shirt etc.
Perhaps even on a bum-beater when the kids act up etc.
