Steve I have been having fun playing with Layla.
It has that nice "retro" look I love and a lot of bounce.
I donated this to the Mars Library the other day, it was cut Oracal 651 on a varnished foamcore poster.
Just some quickie VectorArt on it too.
They will use vinyl to fill in the thermometer as more bids come in.
Love.....Jill

That look great Jill. It goes well with Sign Gothic.
I notice that you altered the dots on the i's... do you think I should include
an alternate character for that?

Nice work Steve. I love fonts with bounce, you really don't see that much these days…

I can't wait either, 4 versions of the western style is a good idea plus 2 versions of the script and hopefully some alternate swash endings.:thumb: I love nice scripts & jellybeans

Layla script will have the standard 13 characters with swash ending that
all of my scripts have. Carolina will also have a few alternates.

IMHO, I think these are some of Steve's finest works. Very impressive! I have been doing some beta testing of these fonts for Steve and have watched these come together over a long period of time. The amount of work he has put into development and fine tuning these (especially CAROLINA) is mind bending. These are a "Must Have" for any creative sign artist or designer. As many other A&S fonts have, I expect to see the use of these start showing up in a greater arena of advertising than just signs. I give them a 5 STARS rating...A++!

Yeah, these are great. Hope A & S can give Letterhead fonts a run for their money. Oops, did I say that out loud?

I can't say enough good things about Letterheadfonts. Honestly! Chuck Davis
has gone out of his way to help me many times. It takes a special person
to befriend a competitor, though I know I have a long way to go to compare.
On the subject of Letterhead Fonts, A new merchant member here, Mike
Jackson has created a new font for sale over there. You might check it out.
I think it's called Henderson???

I really do love letterhead fonts and I have no personal beef with them. I know that many get fired up though with this subject came up, maybe I was just stirring the pot a bit. Slap me on the wrist. :)

I'll check out Mike's new font. I'm a fan of his work as well.

Thanks Steve, I was checkin out your site last night and was gonna ask you when these were planning on being released. Over the years I have purchased a lot of specialty fonts (a lot) and what I've noticed lately is that I'm utilizing my A&S fonts on most every project, very helpful design tools, thank you for you efforts.:thumb:
