Need Help A4 L805 UV PRINTER

Hey all,

Can anyone help me, I have problem with A4 L805 UV printer.

As you see in video printer makes feed paper error.

When i start to printing the software announces paper end.

Tray doesn't move automatically and uv light does not light up.

Can you say whats a wrong printer?

Printer is brand new and never used.

If it's brand new then it's first of all back to the seller for support or refund.

The seller does not accept the printer.
I need help and advice on what is wrong with the printer.
Can anyone tell where the fault is?

At minute 1.50 it looks like the motor is working but the axis does not rotate. Can't see how the transmission is made. See if you don't have a loosen screw around there.
Also make sure the axis is rotating freely and you don't have a mechanism blockage shomewhere.

Problem solved, micro switch ss-5gl2 was broken. Now the axis and uv light works.

I did test print. But next problem is that the tray moves too fast.

As you see picture. The logo should be round, not oval.

It stretch the picture.

Can it be the fault of that value maxSteps and stepFactor is wrong?

Where are i can changed maxSteps and stepFactor?
