AdzZoo. Who uses it and what is it?

About a year and a half ago, a customer approached me saying this new company called AdzZoo would really help my business. I looked into it and it just seemed like you were paying them monthly for a billboard on the internet. Potential customers weren't taken to your site, but to the AdzZoo page they created for you. When you stopped paying them, they took down "your" page. I figured that if your site was good enough to get on the front page of Google, you didn't need them.

Now I have a different customer that is hounding me to join AdzZoo. Does anyone have any experience with them?

I think thats Kadzzzo.

The site is pretty vague about the opportunity, but it looks like an MLM to me also.

It's definitely MLM. I would ask the first customer to show you results they've helped their customers achieve. A year is plenty of time. If the results suck, I would share those with the newest customer, and tell them you think they may be wasting their time. And yours.

I would also add that increasing traffic to a website, on it's own, has minimal value. What are you doing with the traffic you already have? Is their an opportunity to optimize pages for conversion? You know, build your list, generate leads, close sales?

Waste of money, if you want to build backlinks you could do it on a much bigger scale for less, paying to maintain one backlink is absurd and won't get you much googlejuice.

They'll never be able to kill a well done link circle. A crappy link farm yes definitely, and content farms have taken a huge hit too but link circles done by a good firm with reputable nodes will continue to be effective as long as pagerank uses backlinks as authority. A good SEO firm gets you legit nodes and effectively functions as an influence connector, a bad firm just tries to blackhat everything through automation, and that type of approach is losing ground rapidly and will continue to do so as Google implements more and more social filtering into the pagerank algo.
