lam: LP3812G vinyl: LD3810M does that help ?

So maybe letting it at 195 pressure and 1 cut pass would do it right !?!

ok, i'm not sure how much you know about the printer so........ in the menu, there is a test cut feature. you can in the menu go to cut force and increase this by using the up and down arrows on the machine.(you can also increase the force in vw)

okay I did a test cut at 195... (set on the printer didn't know I could...)
hum the circle is deformed and the square stays in the circle...
gotta read what to do in the help doc...

ok, you should be able to take out the circle cleanly from the square, once you can do that, you have enough pressure/force to cut your print with. remember you can adjust the force from the menu.
