Anybody here running a Summa cutter off of Flexi using a Mimaki printer?

I'm at my wits end... I need to find someone with this setup to figure out why my cutter has so many issues finding registration marks....anybody?

Not using Mimaki myself, but are you printing OPOS reg marks?

Would be VERY HELPFUL to know the model of your cutter.

There are two main generations of OPOS, and the older one could have problems with todays inkjet printers because of possibly low density of the print. It is possible to calibrate the sensor (is named media calibration).

D-140 2008 Sometimes it has no problems but then I can spend upwards of an hour fighting with it, using every trick in the book to get it to see that first square. It will seriously end my life one day I fear!!! lol
