anybody recommend a good book?

a little background - about 3 years ago I struck out on my own again after being in a corporate type of job for a few unsatisfying years. Best decision I ever made. I've been successful enough to keep the lights on at home and the shop and even upgrade our lifestyle over the past couple of years. I am now ready for MORE. I want more out of life and business. I am looking for some recommended reading to help me achieve this. Are there any books specifically geared towards our industry?


Also, what if any, organizations should I look into? I don't want to waste my time barking up the wrong trees...

The E-Myth Revisited by Michael Gerber is a great book to read for small business owners. Not specifically for the sign industry, not everything there is directly applicable to most sign shops, but really gives you a good insight to running a business and things you must do to be successful.
