I have been trying to print some vinyl/wallpaper material through my Roland and have been running into a problem...
The Pro 3 has only 6 pinch rollers and sometimes the material might pucker up a tiny bit between the rollers which will cause a slight head strike and smear the ink.
Has anyone else experienced this, if so what could be a solution? It would be nice if you could add more rollers. Is there a way to flatten the material all the way across before it is fed underneath the print head?
It obviously does not happen with material that is more flexible like vinyl only with the more stiff media.
ANY suggestions??
