Anyone have an EasyCut or SignPal Apprentice Software???

I did as I promised and searched prior to posting this...

Was curious if anyone here has an EasyCut 24" Cutter from Ordway Sign Supply or the SignPal Apprentice software???

Also, has anyone dealt with Ordway??? It seems we have a lot of difficulty getting questions answered - Long wait for reply from email, if any and whenever I call, they always take my number and state that they will get back to me...

Gets very frustrating, when you need answers to your questions...

Then why continue to let any supplier cause any pain. There are too many others around who have time and will answer questions. Summa cutters for example.

I wonder why persons persue unknown software packages when there are so many tried and tested well known packages around. Amature level software will not meet the needs very long.
Casual use cutters will never meet the needs of anyone but the guy who cuts a few stickers once a week. Nothing worse than to find workarounds for soem limitation in a lesser developed cutter.
