anyway to cut down a 52 inch roll into two 25 inch rolls

bob

It's better to have two hands than one glove.
Put it in a miter saw and cut it in half. I've done this many times, it's crude but it works. You do get a raggedy right edge on one of the resultant rolls, depending on the blade in the miter, but I've never found this a problem either printing or cutting.

My laminator has blades to trim prints or sticky edges, but I have never tried slitting a 50ft roll with it.

if you can get it to rotate on the laminator hold a razor knife on it till it cuts all the way through. band saw, saws all all will work but the razor knife and laminator will work best. the other options melt the vinyl due to the speed of the blade
