The Next Iron Chef on the Food Network had bacon as the required item last night for two teams of chefs who had to prepare five dishes per team. The favorite among the judges was bacon wrapped farm chicken. Second favorite was bacon wrapped bacon. Least liked was chocolate mousse infused with bacon.

I did a stage at the tudor house in miami beach once. Iron chef geoffrey zacharian restaurant, very nice! One of the nicest, state of the art kitchens ive ever worked in. Favorite dish was sous-vide fried chicken

Yea lol, ive made this 3 times already, once stuffed with fig and balsamic stuffing. You cant beat the price at bj's or restaurant depot. 20-25 dollars per loin
