I did a stage at the tudor house in miami beach once. Iron chef geoffrey zacharian restaurant, very nice! One of the nicest, state of the art kitchens ive ever worked in. Favorite dish was sous-vide fried chicken

Yea lol, ive made this 3 times already, once stuffed with fig and balsamic stuffing. You cant beat the price at bj's or restaurant depot. 20-25 dollars per loin
