Best way to do this..?

We have a few ambulances coming. They have provided their own reflective material. (reflexite). We have to plot it out, and install it on their ambulance.

We have a couple ambulances in next week to do.

Question, we havn't done the back of an ambulance like this before.
It's going to be 2 different colors that we have to cut....

Does anyone know the best method to do it? I really don't to have to install these 1 by 1 and make sure they're all the exactly spaced the same.. making it into a perfect arrow in the middle.

Thanks

trade secret?

No trade secrets! I just told him to remove all the items he could such as the lights, brackets, etc. and I shared some the NFPA Requirments for doing such a job. If you have any questions I would be more than happy to share them I have done quite a few pieces of apparatus in the past including the Diamond dots that go on the aluminuim thread plate. PAIN!

I take it you have installed reflective wet. Have you had any issues with it? I have a few projects that it would help to do a wet install on but have always went by manufactures suggestion.

Hates wet installs? Gotta be open minded in this field............................ (oh no, i'm turning in to OP)

I've never experienced any issues with reflective installed wet, that's how we install almost all of the reflective we use. You can search the board for things people say about it and it's a flip flop issue.

Quick update on this thread. Some wanted to see final pictures.

The customer actually decided he didn't want the whole back Chevron'd. (Thank God)

Here's the final result. Took us about 2-3 hrs for the full install.
