The fact that they reached out means they are dissatisfied with their current vendors or do not have a vendor in this particular service area. This is mostly typical of large projects with multiple locations (gas stations, clinics, restaurants...). It is a good opportunity. You only need to compile this information once to be reused on other, similar types of bids. This is a typical vendor prequalification process, we've helped a lot of national sign companies with this type of request. In fact, this is one of the simpler ones I've seen (they repeat the same request for info three times). This will put you on their "approved vendor list" for future projects. It's also important to note, if they own one restaurant chain, they may own others (and certainly have friends in the industry). Good luck!
