If it sat for a long time things like this will happen. Run a strong cleaning cycle and see if anything improves. If nothing changes, you either need a new cap top, need to flush the waste tubes, and/or the maintenance station just needs changing. Usually it's a cap top or clogged tube from sitting too long. Once the station is up and running it should be able to correct things with a few cleanings. Also just make sure everything is perfectly clean so the station can do it's job.
