Question Boxing Ring vinyl??

Kemik

I sell stickers and sticker accessories.
Anyone know if there is a vinyl or any material that would work on a boxing ring canvas?
I just assume these are all printed directly on the canvas before installation, but I have a client asking if this is possible on vinyl.

Most likely fabricated the same way baseball home-run boards are furnished today. Printed onto a material that will take a lotta scuffing and not come off on boxers feet, tripping them. Wouldn't wanna be a party to that one.

Oh boy, I could see someone hitting some gloss vinyl and their feet flying over their head!
Here's a company doing custom them: https://www.monsterringsandcages.com
In their description, they mention that it will take damage over time, and the logo can't be cleaned? Maybe dye sub or something of the sort.

Thanks for the info, I assumed they needed to be printed directly on to the canvas, but I thought I would throw it out there and see if anyone had any experience with this.

i know even when you use specific UL rated floor laminate or vinyl it can still be slippery especially when it gets wet and you will have boxers sweating all over the vinyl and slipping so might want to pass on them or maybe you can have them sign some sort of waiver making you non-liable for any issues (but that usually doesn't do much people try to sue everyone and their mother when an incident happens)

Oh no, somebody got hurt while boxing?!?
And of course they don't sue the guy who beat em' senseless, but the sign company who put the logo on the ring? Why not :roflmao:

That's a specialty thing anyway, I'd sub it out or give them the names of companies and be done.
I do know if it's actual canvas, they're usually painted on.

Do they give belts for boxing? You'll just have to hang this one from your belt buckle
