If you meet these criteria:
Requirements to transfer a license
- Both the transferor of the license and the recipient must complete a Transfer of License form
- The product serial number must be registered in the Adobe profile of the transferor to transfer the license.
- You must qualify under the Transfer of License policy
How many would do that? Especially if you are the 3rd or 4rth "owner" of the software. However, I can tell you the second one would get me as I don't have an Adobe profile, although I think that they kinda "compelled" people to have one with CS6 (maybe even 5.5, I dunno).
Now educational programs (which some advocate getting on here as well) do not qualify under any terms unless it's a Macromedia product.
