hi,
i use summa d60 without usb, so it runs with
summad60 (parallel plug) -------------------> pc (serial plug), or
summad60 (parallel plug) --------------------> pc (usb plug)
for some reasons i´ve to reinstall windows xp, and now i´ve problem to
run my plotter propperly.
i know there is no special driver for it. usually, first you install winplot, than
choose connection, parallel or usb, and finally choose LTP ,or other ports.
if i choose the blue , and like to cut via plug-in of corel x3, it says :
"fail to get extents from cutter CUTCMD_FAILNODEVICE".
if i continue clicking ok, then it finaly works.
on the other hand, when i connect the red, pc finds immediately the cable.
it recognizes it as "IEEE 1394 Bus host controllers", but doesn´t work, neither from com1/usb nor ltp port.
i´m totally lost. any idea please??
thanks alot
george
