We had 2 guys walk into our shop last week and they said "We're from Verizon, there has been a mistake where we overcharged you on your phone bill. Can you get your phone bill so we can review it to make the necessary corrections?"
I said "We don't have Verizon for our phone carrier, so you didn't over charge us anything".
You could hear a pin drop, then they said "Thanks, have a nice day" and walked out.
