It took me a bit to recognize it but this is only a small portion of the entire logo. There are a dozen other elements on the artwork that are just as bad. So unfortunately this one logo won't be enough to rescue it.

The purpose of the thread was the point that I was trying to make. I think some people believe I have CSI/24 style software that suddenly improves horribly low res art and makes it suddenly clear

No Jill, blotter comes on a white paper in small squares approximately 1/4" x 1/4" and you can't see the acid, it's clear.
