cant get my coral draw 9

to cut my graphics or lettering.I draw a box it cuts fine i but my graphics and hit print(cut) and it moves the cutter to the edge of the paper and sits there.But i can draw a box,circle and it cuts it right away but when i pick the graphics it just sits there.I contacted Signs tools 3 for a new activation code and i cant get a answer so now i am still trying to just use coraldraw 9 to cut but no luck any help ?Jim

this is such a mess i got it to print got the software working but now i print in landscape but it cuts in portrate checked setting in printer and sign tools 3 but is still prints in the wrong spot sorry about any thing mispelled here but spell checker does not work
