CE5000-60 issue

Hi, I have a graphtec CE5000-60 that has worked great for 2 years. Recently I was working on a job, stepped away from my work station, and came back a half hour later to resume cutting. I sent the document to the plotter and it just cut a code along the side of the vinyl, pd15.43;pd9.17;pd11.15; and so on. I shut it off manually and rebooted everything, and it did the same thing, so I let it go and it went for 3 yards before i shut it off again. Graphtec tech support does not return my calls. Any ideas? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

maybe it somehow changed itself to gpgl mode instead of hpgl?

How do I change that back?
