Cmyk Printing On Flat Bed Press Problems

Hi everyone. I used to print on a table that I custom made and that worked out great but now I have a lawson seneca flatbed press and am having a gamut of problems.

The signs I print (and sometimes poster stock) is not always the same dimensions. Sometimes they can vary by like 1/8" and that throws off my cmyk registration. Any ideas on how to make a jig so that theyll print properly?

I have a big job that is due in a month and my registration is off

Make your screens with registration marks? Or is that not still the way it's done? It's been at least 20 years since I did any screen printing.
Alternatively, use a tape measure and mark out a grid on your bed and align to it.
