CNC Shark Router

I just purchased a CNC Shark Router. I will be making small signs that people hang off their lamppost here in The Villages Florida. I am making these signs on 1/4" thick King Color Core. My question is does anyone have any experiences they would like to share using king color core? Attached is my first sign that I routed, I seemed to have a lot of clean up to do on this piece.

We use King colorcore a lot and it seems to be much cleaner when you cut using a v-bit, say for instant a 90 degree bit. It gives it a much more dimensional look as well. You will have to use svarying degrees of v-bits depending on the size and stroke of the letter.
